A New Stage in Gary's Life

2005 was filled with fun and adjustments, first year of marriage and a move to a new house. In addition, there came the first inklings that some of the detox issues were going to go a little deeper than expected.

By the time January 2006 had run its course Gary was experiencing the most extreme cleansing yet. Although it came with a deep sense of well-being he was experiencing coughing, fever/sweating, and his weight, never great to begin with, drifted down to 102 lbs. Eventually he found he needed the assistance of a local herbal counselor to give his body what it needed to safely heal itself.

It was perhaps a year or two later he realized it had all been spelled out in a supplemental chapter in Dr. Huggins' book, Uninformed Consent but since he wasn't following Huggins' program he'd not been taking it to heart. It explained that following a dental revision one's body will often try to detox too much too quicly which in and of itself can be problematic, even fatal. Gary can certainly attest to that.

However, it was during this season when he wasn't able to do all the physical things he would have liked Gary turned back to writing, recreating Alyen from almost 30 years previous and later the first chapters of The Impartation.

The years that followed have been ones of growth and consolidation. Dental issues continued to be a problem, so Gary went back in 2011 to have the rest of his teeth out. It was as if his body was done with them and there seemed to be no way to keep them healthy. Although a difficult decision his health ramped up another notch and he hasn't regretted it a bit.
